They are currently seeking a strong sales and marketing associate for a CLASS A Manufactured Home Community in the Casselberry, FL area. In this role, you will be playing an active role in the selling of new, used, and foreclosed properties in your territory. You will be working with a high performing team driven by success and will be delivering the highest quality of service to prospective home buyers. You will also be involved in various projects pertaining to sales and could very well be liaison between corporate staff and potential/existing home owners.
We are looking for an independent self-starter who has a proven track record of successful inside or outside sales. This role will require a professional individual who possesses excellent inter-personal skills and someone who is comfortable with both face-to-face and phone selling. You must also be a strong team player and have a solid working foundation and knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office.
