Title: IVR Test Lead (with Salesforce Experience)


Requirements: 

  • IVR testing experience and deep call center experience
  • Deep call center experience
  • Experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills (Extremely important)

 

Job Description:

  • 2+ years testing call center/service desk applications such as Salesforce, Oracle Contact Center, iNexus, Ring Central, Nextiva, 3CX, Five9,
  • 2+ years network emulation and performance testing
  • 2+ years of System Integration Testing experience.
  • 1+ Perl, Tcl, or Python experience.
  • Must be able to work independently without supervision.
  • Experience with provisioning processing.
  • Telecommunications experience especially with DOCSIS, CMTS and back-office systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to develop effective solutions.

 

They client is upgrading several of their call centers, we need someone who understands call center technology. They will be working directly with the architect and business owner. The candidate must have deep experience and able to talk with the most senior level people in the company.
