TEMPORARY Part-time Office Coordinator

We are seeking a TEMPORARY Office Coordinator to start with one our client's established mobile home communities in the Holland, MI area IMMEDIATELY!!!!! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

MUST possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation!

MUST have the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am-5pm

Pay: $10/hr


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
