QUEST GROUP has been charged with locating two talented supervisors for a call center in Alpharetta for their new new state of the art facility!This role will lead 20 +/- Claim Coordinators or Customer Service Reps to success while coordinating and overseeing the production of quality reports by assessing metrics and provide coaching for improvement while also being relied upon to handle escalations. If you enjoy streamlining and creating innovative processes in order to drive performance, this team needs you!
Enjoy a call center setting without the crazy hours! M-F 8:30-5:30. Client also offers a free on site gym and personal trainer at no cost to you!
What do you need for an introduction?
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Supervisor in a call center or the Insurance Claims Industry.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) *ADVANCED Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with In Contact/Ring Central a plus
