Please note that this role has changed to a 6-month contract role with possible extension.


Job Description

This includes but is not limited to:


  • Eliminating technical bloat and cleansing data
  • Determining whether to configure, customize, purchase, or integrate capabilities into the future state Salesforce instance
  • Optimizing and extending Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications to facilitate process and reporting needs
  • Designing advanced reports, dashboards, and business process automation


Responsibilities / OUTCOMES EXPECTED

  • Primary responsibilities in Salesforce include but are not limited to:
    • Architectural Decisions and Product Management
    • Executing on the day-to-day configuration
    • Reporting
    • Support
    • Maintenance and improvements
  • Work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes
  • Update, monitor, and look for opportunities to improve business processes and existing analytical tools needed to achieve successful business results
  • Serve as a key participant in special projects as assigned 


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Salesforce.com Certification or equivalent experience is required (minimum of 3-5 years working as a Salesforce administrator)
  • Specialization in design and building of CRM and custom solutions for small to mid-size business
  • Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, data migration, analysis and implementation of solutions using standard tools
  • Technical skills in the following areas: CRM applications, business processes, Salesforce.com Modules, configuration, customization, and data migration
  • Experience in Financial Services industry preferred
