50 Miles from Decatur, IL

• Full-Time or Part-Time Providers will be considered
• $600,000 with a 2 year guarantee
• Full Benefits Package, Sign-On Bonus and Retention Bonus Available
• Board Certified within 5 years of Residency per by-laws
• Will consider Providers who need to be IL Licensed
• 1:3 Call (light census; rarely called back into the hospital)
• Practice has 1 Full-Time MD, 2 Part-Time MDs, 1 APP
• Monday - Friday, 8a-5p with Flexibility
• ERCP and EUS not required, do some ECRP currently
